Strict Prohibition on Third-Party Platforms

Selling IndusViva products on third-party E-commerce platforms is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this directive will result in legal consequences.

Direct Selling on Own Platforms

Direct sellers who wish to sell or promote IndusViva products on their own websites or any other virtual platforms, including social media, must adhere to the following procedure:

Notification: Notify the company by sending an email attaching the soft copy of the declaration to compliance@indusviva.com.
Declaration: Submit a declaration on a Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper.
Physical Submission: A physical copy of the declaration must be submitted to the head office within fifteen (15) days of submitting the soft copy through e-mail.

Terms and Conditions for Compliance

By submitting the declaration, the direct seller confirms compliance with the following terms:

Pricing: Products must be sold strictly at the price fixed by the company as printed on the product labels.
Policy Adherence: All company policies must be adhered to without exception.
Legal Compliance: Direct sellers must comply with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules 2021, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020, and all other applicable laws and regulations at both national and state levels.
Fair Trade: Direct sellers must refrain from engaging in any unfair trade practices.
Advertising: False or misleading advertisements and claims are strictly prohibited.
Content Alignment: All information shared on their websites or virtual platforms must align with the content provided on IndusViva's official website; direct sellers must not alter or amend any content.
Liability for Content: Direct sellers are solely responsible for all claims and testimonials posted on their websites or virtual platforms. Any deviation from the company's officially published information may have legal consequences.
Dispute Resolution: They will bear full responsibility for resolving disputes and grievances related to payment, delivery, and product quality for products sold through their websites or virtual platforms.
Indemnification: IndusViva will not be liable for any false claims, misleading advertisements, or unfair trade practices undertaken by direct sellers. They must indemnify and relieve IndusViva of all associated legal liabilities and obligations.
Sole Accountability: IndusViva will not be responsible for any disputes or grievances regarding payment, delivery, or product quality for the products that are sold by them through such platforms. Direct sellers must acknowledge and accept sole accountability for these issues.

Important Disclaimer

Submission of the declaration does not authorize the direct seller to engage in such sales activities. IndusViva will not provide any approval for these sales. Direct sellers conducting such activities do so at their own discretion and will bear full responsibility for any violations of applicable laws and regulations.

IndusViva will initiate legal action against any individual or entity engaging in unauthorized sales activities without prior notification. This includes unauthorized sales through third-party E-commerce platforms.
